Oleg Roibu

Oleg Roibu has been a part of the eMAG team since 2014. He coordinates the legal departments from Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland. Starting January 2018, he coordinates the public affairs activity of eMAG  in all jurisdictions where eMAG platform operates (including Romania), following closely the activity of the EU institutions. He graduated Law School at the University of Bucharest (in 2010) and he owns a Masters Degree in International and Community Law at “Nicolae Titulescu” University, Bucharest (2016).

Florinel Chiș

Florinel Chiș is representing Romanian E-commerce at both national and EU level as the Executive Director of ARMO – Romanian E-Commerce Association. He is also a Member of the Board of EMOTA and of Ecommerce Europe.
E-commerce expert and Entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in delivering end-to-end solutions for major Online Retailers, Florinel Chiș was the recipient of  the “e-Commerce Software Solution of the Year” award in Romania (2008).

Florentina Golișteanu

Florentina Golișteanu is an official at the European Commission, DG Competition, working in Directorate C dealing with Telecoms, Information, Communication and Media. She has been involved in complex antitrust investigations and also follows the legislative process on related topics. She studied law, with a focus on European and business law, in Romania, France and Belgium.  Prior to joining the European Commission, she has practiced as business lawyer, assisting on various multi-jurisdictional transactions, including in the field of e-Commerce.

Bogdan Manolea

Bogdan Manolea is the co-founder of the Romanian E-commerce Trustmark – Marca de Încredere pentru magazine online. Mr. Manolea has a legal background and a vast experience in the Law and IT&C. Author of over 150 presentations and articles on subject related to IT&C Law (e-commerce, privacy issues, domain names, Internet jurisdiction or e-government etc.) in national and international conferences.
