In connection to each Conference or other Event, you will find a registration form. You can also register by phoning, post mailing or sending an e-mail at info@emeaconferences.com.

In the case that you are prevented from participating, you are always welcome to send a colleague instead. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to email address: info@emeaconferences.com. Cancellations received 15 working days prior the first day of the Conference will receive a refund of registration. Cancellations made after, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee unless you are a consumer according to the Romanian law and cancellation occurs within 14 days after the conclusion of our “contract” (as per the Terms and Conditions on this homepage) in which case you will be fully refunded. Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from us. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.

The registered participants may be substituted by a written notice to info@emeaconferences.com sent at least 5 days prior to the date of Conference or Event, and subject to our written confirmation. In certain exceptional cases, participants may be substituted even after the aforementioned term subject to our agreement and non-decrease of the initial number of participants registered by the entity requesting the substitution.

There is a deadline only for the on-line registration and it is usually set forth on the description of each Conference or Event as posted on this homepage. By phone or direct email to info@emeaconferences.com you can register until the day of the event. However, early registration is recommended, since the event can be fully booked.

When we receive your registration, we will send you an email confirmation alongside the necessary payment data. Immediately after your payment is confirmed by our bank you will receive the final invoice and confirmation.

Registration includes the following: name tag and program, access to the Conference you registered for, documentation, lunch, coffee breaks and networking opportunities.

No, overnight stay is not included in the price of the Conference.
